Save the date for SPEAK Earth Fest 2017


Trine University student organization, Students Promoting Environmental Awareness and Knowledge (SPEAK), invites you to come to Earth Fest 2017. Earth Fest is an event to celebrate Earth Day through arts and crafts, music, food and educational experiences. More importantly, Earth Fest places an importance on saving the planet that we all share, both in the community and around the world.

Earth Fest will take place on Earth Day, April 22, from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. It’s free and open to the public and will be located at the Briali Vineyards in Fremont, Indiana, at 102 W. IN 120, Fremont, IN.

Earth Fest is an event that includes all sorts of activities such as workshops, presentations, children’s activities, live music, food and much more. Speakers, musicians, storytellers and vendors will all help celebrate Earth Day. The schedule of these events can be found below:

Keynote speaker, Seth Sutton, will be presenting on the topic of “We the 7th”, an in-depth look at Native American communities in Western Michigan. Mr. Sutton will discuss also talk about the United States’ current political landscape, tribal sovereignty and traditional arts as well.

So, bring your kids, your friends and your family to Earth Fest on April 22 at the Briali Vineyards in Fremont, Indiana. After all, there is no better way to celebrate Earth Day than at Earth Fest.
